Our team at La Abeja is made up of passionate individuals who work hard every day to make sure you have the best experience possible. From our chefs to our servers, each member brings their unique personality and enthusiasm to the table.

• Maria Gonzalez - Head Chef: Maria has been with La Abeja for over 10 years, and she’s the one behind the incredible dishes we serve. Her favorite is our Tacos al Pastor because of the tender marinated pork and the perfect combination of flavors with fresh pineapple.
• Carlos Ruiz - Server: Carlos always recommends our Chiles Rellenos. He loves how the mild, roasted peppers are stuffed with cheese and bathed in a rich tomato sauce. It's a satisfying dish that brings him right back to his childhood.
• Ana Perez - Bartender: Ana is a big fan of our Guacamole and Chips. She loves the simplicity of it and how the fresh ingredients come together to create a vibrant and irresistible appetizer.
